Lodging
At the Wren at Vail, we offer fully equipped and spacious condominiums ranging from studios to one, two, and three bedrooms. Every condo welcomes guests with views of the Gore Creek and Vail Mountain. The studios are approximately twice as large as a standard hotel room, and families can spread out in our 1275 sq/ft three-bedroom condos. Each lodging option includes every convenience – from high-speed Internet access, gas fireplaces, some with private balconies, and more.
Studio
The studio features a spacious floor plan, a queen Murphy bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and a full bath. Occupancy: two people, 600 sq/ft.
ONE BEDROOM | TWO BATH
Features a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, a TV, and views of the Gore Range and Ford Park. Occupancy: two to four people, 700 sq/ft.
ONE BEDROOM | TWO BATH | DEN
Features a queen bed in bedroom, master bath with jetted tub, second bathroom with steam shower, queen sleeper sofa in living room, queen trundle bed in den room, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area, TV, and upgraded finishes throughout. Occupancy: two to six people, 900 sq/ft.
TWO BEDROOM | TWO BATH
Features a king bed in each of the two bedrooms, two full baths, master bedroom with its own gas fireplace, living room with queen sleeper sofa and second gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, TV with DVD player. Occupancy four to six people, 1100 sq/ft.
THREE BEDROOM | TWO BATH | DEN
Features a king or queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, a double bed in the third bedroom, two full baths, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, TV, and views of Vail Mountain. Occupancy: six to eight people, 1,275 sq/ft.
RATES & POLICIES
RENTAL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Deposits
A 10% non-refundable deposit for all reservations is due upon booking.
Balance Due
Final Payment is due 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for reservations between December 25 - January 1). Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received as specified.
Cancellations
Cancellations 14 days or less from the arrival date will result in full forfeiture of funds. Guests are financially responsible for ALL dates of their reservations.

A credit card will be kept on file at check-in
Extra Person Charge
$25 per person, per night
Taxes
All nightly rentals are subject to state and local tax
Rollaways / Cribs

Housekeeping
Mid-week towel change, trash removal, and light vacuum on stays of 5 days or more. Daily service is available for an additional charge and must be requested by contacting the Front Desk.

No pets are allowed at The Wren
