Studio
This open concept studio offers 600 square feet of comfortable living space, ideal for two guests. It includes a queen Murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a TV — everything you need to settle in and unwind after a day in the mountains.
ONE BEDROOM | TWO BATH
This 700 square foot condo comfortably accommodates two to four guests, featuring a private bedroom with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, two full bathrooms, and a TV — along with scenic views of the Gore Range and Ford Park, right outside your window.
ONE BEDROOM | TWO BATH | DEN
This spacious 900 square foot condo accommodates up to six guests and features a private bedroom with a queen bed, a den with a queen trundle bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area with upgraded finishes. Enjoy two bathrooms, including a primary bath with a jetted tub and a second bath with a steam shower. Start your day with breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, and unwind on chilly evenings in front of the gas fireplace.
TWO BEDROOM | TWO BATH
Ideal for families or small groups, this 1,100 square foot condo accommodates four to six guests. Each bedroom features a king bed, with two full bathrooms for added comfort. The primary bedroom includes its own gas fireplace, while the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, and a gas fireplace for added ambiance and comfort. A fully equipped kitchen completes the space, making it easy to relax and feel at home.
THREE BEDROOM | TWO BATH | DEN
With 1,275 square feet of space, this condo comfortably hosts six to eight guests. The primary bedroom includes a king or queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds, and the third features a double bed. Two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa provide plenty of room to gather and unwind. Enjoy a cozy gas fireplace and scenic views of Vail Mountain.
RATES & POLICIES
RENTAL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Deposits
A 10% non-refundable deposit for all reservations is due upon booking.
Balance Due
Final Payment is due 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for reservations between December 25 - January 1). Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received as specified.
Cancellations
Cancellations 14 days or less from the arrival date will result in full forfeiture of funds. Guests are financially responsible for ALL dates of their reservations.

A credit card will be kept on file at check-in

$25 per person, per night
Taxes
All nightly rentals are subject to state and local tax

Please request at the time of booking. An additional charge applies.
Housekeeping
Mid-week towel change, trash removal, and light vacuum on stays of 5 days or more. Daily service is available for an additional charge and must be requested by contacting the Front Desk.
